We’re looking for an Estates Manager to join our Estates team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost effective maintenance of the overall estate by managing the National Park Authority’s assets (buildings and countryside sites). The responsibilities include the management of maintenance functions and programmes including grounds maintenance, waste management, cleaning, environmental suitability/energy management and remedial and small scale capital works.
Degree qualified in a land or property discipline (or equivalent experience), you will have a proven track record in strategically managing estate maintenance. As someone who has experience in policy development and advocacy skills who demonstrates sound independent judgement you will understand how to approach, advise and influence both internal and external stakeholders. You will be confident, credible, proactive and creative when executing your responsibilities.
As this role has budget and line management responsibilities, you will require excellent leadership, analytical, numerical, communication and organisational skills.
